Simplify Your Life Club Membership Terms and Agreement

The following terminology applies to this agreement: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this form and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Business,” “the Company,” “Megan Jerrelle,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us,” refers to our business, Megan Jerrelle Coaching Services under Megan Jerrell Knauf-Ford LLC. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or, he/she, or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.This policy shall apply to all services available on the website: https://meganjerrelle.com.Client takes full responsibility for his or her health, progress and healing on his or her nutrition and lifestyle plan. Client acknowledges that changes in health take time and client understands this program is not about quick fixes but rather about smaller changes over a period of time that lead to sustainable change. All information shared within this professional relationship will be held in strict confidence. Information may be shared at the client’s request with a medical doctor, naturopathic physician or any other healthcare practitioner the client deems to be appropriate.Client understands and acknowledges that the services provided are at all times restricted to consultation on the subject of health matters intended for general well-being and are not meant for the purposes of medical diagnosis, treatment or prescribing of medicine for any disease, or any licensed or controlled act which may constitute the practice of medicine. Any activity or program may have inherent risks which may be relative to your state of health, fitness, awareness, care and skill to which client conducts himself or herself.Client agrees to inquire about any activities with which he or she is not familiar, and provide any information which may limit his or her participation in suggested activities. Results and changes in your general health and wellness may vary depending on medical conditions, medications, and accuracy in following suggested guidelines. Never reduce or eliminate physician prescribed medications without the direction of a medical care provider.Refund and Cancellations: The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 10% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to Megan@MeganJerrelle.com. The Client must clearly state their decision to cancel, the reason for said cancellation, and their preferred method of reimbursement. The Client will not have the right to request a refund after 24 hours of purchasing.Client may cancel Simplify Club Membership at any time after 12 weeks of enrollment with a written 30 day notice. Client must send notice and request to Megan@MeganJerrelle.com. We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behavior on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behavior from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. Megan Jerrelle will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Megan Jerrelle, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
